Our Commitment to You
Our goal here at Erie CB is to provide our customers with the proper
equipment for your application. Giving our customers the information needed to
protect against unnecessary purchases. In short, saving you money. We are also
here after the sale to answer any questions and / or take care of any problems
that may arise. We are taking great strides to try to make your shopping
experience with Erie CB as fun, easy, and safe as possible.
New Orders
We take care of all new orders in a timely manor. All orders placed on
in-stock items will be shipped within 24-48 hrs, with the exception of
Custom orders (Alignments, Cables, Brackets, etc.). ALL Sales are final.
Defective merchandise will be exchanged or repaired depending on the
circumstances.
Payment
We accept online money transfers, electronic checks and
credit card payments from all major Credit Card companies. This is done through PayPal.
One of the safest online payment services. Credit Card payments can also be made
via phone or check/money order through U.S. Mail.
Repairs
All repairs Require an RA# (Return Authorization Number) which can be
acquired by Contacting us via Phone or E-mail
All repairs include: A complete frequency alignment, PC Board PM upgrades, and a
One Year Warranty (Unless otherwise Noted)
Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS unless otherwise requested. Insurance
is included in the shipping price. All Shipping prices are calculated for
shipping within the 48 states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and out of the US
will be calculated on an order basis. Please feel free to e-mail us with any
shipping concerns or for a shipping quote.
Warranties
Erie CB will take care of any warranty issue with equipment purchased from
us. Whether it is a manufactures warranty or an in-house warranty contact
us for instructions to get your problem solved. Erie CB warranties all
repairs and upgrades for a period of 1 yr excluding lights and controls.
